The importance of the presence of God in our lives cannot be overemphasised. In this Psalm, God’s presence cleared the way for the Israelites as they traveled to the Promised Land. The Red Sea, the Jordan river, mountains and hills, all moved because God was with them. As New Testament believers, the in-dwelling of the Holy Spirit guides us through every obstacle.
