KENNY AJAYI
Mr Kenny Ajayi is an award-winning healthcare innovation leader, pastor, teacher and author with over 25 years’ experience across the NHS and public sector.
He has held senior leadership roles including Programme Director, Portfolio Lead and Associate Director of Quality Improvement, leading complex programmes and nationally significant portfolios across multiple disciplines.
Kenny has led a programme that was scaled across 120 NHS Trusts, receiving international recognition, and is a recipient of two national Health Service Journal Patient Safety Awards. His expertise spans system leadership, patient safety, quality improvement, innovation and mission-led change.
A sought-after keynote speaker, Kenny has delivered lectures at institutions including Imperial College London and Manchester Alliance Business School, as well as Bible schools.
Beyond healthcare, Kenny is the founder of a growing para-church ministry that equips preachers to handle the Word of God with biblical integrity and power. He is also Pastor of New Covenant Church, Dartford, and author of God’s Word in 3D..

TANYA CARTER
Ms. Tanya Carter has a wealth of HR experience spanning nearly 30 years. Firstly, as a HR generalist, then specialising in Employee Relations. Tanya has worked across a number of senior roles within public sector organisations such as the NHS, further education, local government and roles within the private sector including leisure, retail and professional services/management consultancy with PriceWaterhouseCooper (PwC). She has also lectured on undergraduate HR programmes. Tanya is currently the Chief People Officer of an NHS Trust.
In 2022, 2023, and 2024 Tanya was named in the Health Service Journal (HSJ) Top 50 most influential and/or powerful Black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) leaders within health. In 2022, Tanya and her team won Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) Award for HR Team of the year, and Tanya was also crowned HPMA director of the year 2022.
Alongside her CPO role, in 2024 Tanya has built her personal business venture called Apex Synergy. Apex Synergy offers Executive Coaching, Personal Styling and Colour Analysis pulling together her decades of experience, to help individuals and teams realise their potential and to reach their peak.
The key meaning of Apex “highest point, peak” – this is usually represented in the form of a triangle/ pyramid – The ‘A’ is symbolic of that.
Synergy is ‘to combine or bring together’. Therefore the ‘S’ entwining with the ‘A’ represents this.

Ms. Beatrice Oguntayo is a senior cybersecurity executive specialising in AI and Data security, AI governance, and Enterprise resilience. She advises boards and C‑suite leaders on securing AI‑enabled systems, governing AI risk, and embedding responsible, risk‑aligned AI across global operations to protect critical assets and strengthen organisational resilience.
Her expertise spans information protection, cyber risk, security operations, and emerging AI‑driven threat landscapes. She is committed to helping businesses navigate evolving cyber threats, regulatory expectations, and technology transformation while maintaining the highest standards of data protection and governance.
